Yoga in Nature
Join our Hatha Yoga classes from March to October! 🌼 These sessions are designed for all levels, giving you the opportunity to dedicate time to your body and mind while enjoying the benefits of practicing yoga in nature.
When? Every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30. I recommend arriving a little early so you can settle in and prepare for class. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and a towel.
A couple of reminders: Please silence your phone before starting. If you have any health restrictions, I would appreciate it if you could let me know before class so I can adjust the practice to your needs.
If you don't have a mat, don't worry! I can provide one for you.
